RASPBERRY RIPPLE PROTEIN

As many of you know we have started selling Time 4 Nutrition products and here is a wonderful recipe for the summer months –
RASPBERRY RIPPLE PROTEIN FROZEN YOGHURT & OAT CLUSTERS

INGREDIENTS
1 x Punnet of fresh raspberries
1 x large 500g pot of full fat greek yoghurt
4 x heaped scoops of time 4 raspberry ripple ice cream protein
METHOD
1) Simply blend Yoghurt with the 4 scoops of Time 4 Nutrition raspberry ripple ice cream flavour protein powder in a blender
2) Pour mixture into a lunch box
3) Add fresh raspberries
4) And freeze!
