The first half of 2016 has been a fantastic time at the Club, lots of new members and lots of people enjoying their workouts and achieving some fantastic results. The friendly atmosphere in the Club continues to grow and it is a lovely place to train. Fitness 45 landscape tm 2016

We have recently launched Fitness45 at the Club. This type of membership entitles you to 2 booked sessions each week with a trainer. Each session is a fun filled 45 minutes that will ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals quicker. If you haven’t already switched to this type of membership then book in for a One2One review and let us tell you all about it.


As many of you already know, when you refer a frined or family member to full membership fo the Club you receive a £10 voucher as a thank you from us. We also offer a number of additional prizes throughout the year and Nick Perryman received a FitBit in our April draw!

One2One Reviews

The One2One review system ensures that you achieve the results you desire, if you haven’t had a review for a while make sure you book in soon. Don’t forget you can ask for a review at any time especially if you find you are lacking motivation or your health and fitness goals alter.
